Personal Data for Prospects

Personal data collected as part of the commercial activities of MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS will be processed in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Data Controller for Personal Data is MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS.

By contacting the company, the Client expressly authorizes MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS to process personal data of Users for commercial prospecting purposes to fully engage and interact with the Client. The activities requiring this data are:

• Manage contracts and the commercial relationship in general,
• Improve customer or prospect interactions,
• Recover unpaid debts,
• Combat fraud,
• Manage the activities of MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS entities,
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation,
• Handle customer complaints,
• Carry out marketing actions: social media community management, commercial prospecting, etc.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, individuals whose personal data is subject to processing by MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS have the right to access, rectify, and erase information under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR, to limit processing, to define general and specific directives defining how these rights should be exercised after their death.

The data subject also has the right to data portability.

In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

The data subject has the right to transmit this data to another data controller without hindrance from MIDDLEWARE EDITIONS, to which the personal data have been communicated.
